We specialize in detainee evaluations. Working within the confines of the detention system is not a barrier for us. We see clients telephonically or through video platforms while they are detained. In the last six months, we have completed over thirty detainee evaluations granting individuals asylum, cancellations of removals, and t visas. We work collaboratively with attorneys to draft factual, compelling reports that are easy to understand for immigration judges and USCIS to understand. We are also certified as Expert Witnesses in Federal immigration court and have vast experience testifying on our client’s behalf.
